About this lawn lime
✅ De-acidification with indirect effect against moss
Is the pH value of your lawn below 5.5? Then your lawn is acidified. Our lime restores the pH value of the soil, making it less likely for moss to develop. Moss prefers to settle in acidic and shady soil. Healthy acidity is the best basis for a moss-free lawn.

So when should I fertilize?
After liming, wait about four weeks before fertilizing your lawn. Your lawn must first have a balanced pH between 6.0 and 6.5 before you can start fertilizing. Only at this value can the soil optimally absorb the nutrients from the fertilizer.

Is your lawn acidified (pH lower than 5.5)? Then you need to spread lime first. Then wait about four weeks before you start fertilizing. Do you still fertilize immediately after liming? Then the nutrients will not be absorbed properly by the grass - a waste of effort and money!
